LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
1.1. Locate the order in the My return requests section of your user panel.
1.2. Click «Return» and select the item.
1.3. Indicate the reason for the return.
1.4. Wait for us to authorize the return and confirm it.
1.5. Once authorized you can send us the return.
PREPARE THE PACKAGE
2.1. Store the complete product, with its original box and accessories, in a sturdy box or in which you received the order.
2.2. Print the label that we will have sent you by email.
2.3. Stick the label on the outside of the box and seal it.
SEND THE PACKAGE
3.1. Request the collection from the agency with which you will send us the return.
3.2. If you send it by your means, we will wait for its arrival.
RECEIVE THE REFUND
4.1. If the product meets the return conditions, when the package arrives we will return the money you paid.

There are several cases in which a user can exercise their right to return a product. The second is that the specifications of the chosen product do not match its description due to a typographical error. There are two ways to request a return. The easiest way is loggin into your account and requesting a refund through your client dashboard.
If you have placed your order without creating a user account, then you won’t have access to a personal dashboard. In this case, you must send us a return form with your request and send us back the package using the courier service of your choice. Always make sure that the product is in perfect condition.
