Secure Payment Methods

At iBlevel we accept these payment methods for orders:

CARD

This form of payment is immediate, comfortable and safe. When you finish your order, you can make the payment on the bank’s page. IBlevel will neither receive nor have access to this data. You can associate as many cards as you want to your customer account to make orders faster. An order by card can be paid up to 30 minutes after confirmation. After that time, if the payment does not arrive, the order will be automatically canceled.

For security, your bank will send you a code to the mobile to finalize the payment. For subsequent purchases, our system will remember your card details. If you wish to deactivate this functionality, you only have to access the «Linked Cards» section of your user account and delete the corresponding card.

Virtual cards or prepaid cards.

If you use virtual cards or prepaid cards, we inform you that the amount of your order will always be charged when we send your products. Therefore, your payment card could expire in the period that goes from the moment you place your order until it is shipped or that you have no funds at the time the order is shipped. Verify that you have available in this type of cards the amount of the order.

BIZUM

Bizum for payments in online shops, and how does it work? just like until now, just with your phone number. Your bank will inform you how to buy with Bizum and how to obtain the necessary Bizum key.

What is the Bizum key?

The Bizum password is a code with which you can buy in all the shops that have the Bizum button as an accepted means of payment. It works similar to a card PIN. What does this mean? It is a unique key for all purchases, consisting of 4 digits, which only you will know and that you can modify whenever you want.

How do I get it?

Enter your bank’s App in the Bizum section . Click on the button. There you will find yours, or you will have the possibility to create it. If you prefer to do it through us, you just have to click on the button «Get my password» and select your bank.

TRANSFER OR ACCOUNT

Indicate as Concept the order number . Our system will automatically locate you. You do not need to send us proof of transfer. We will send the order after confirmation of payment.

Transfers from different entities may take up to two business days to reach us (not counting weekends or holidays), according to bank regulations. We keep transfer orders active for three calendar days . After that time, if the payment has not been confirmed, the order will be automatically canceled.

FINANCING

We are working to offer you this option. As soon as it is available we will publish all the relevant information.

CASH ON CASH

We do not accept this form of payment.
